Bear fruit by prophesying over your life…

Posted on January 31st, by Jim Crumbley in Faith, Praise, Wisdom. No Comments

Woke early with more thoughts and ideas running through me than I could keep up with. Instead of struggling with sleep; I got up, went downstairs, put on worship music and began prophesying over my life.

Today, fruit will bloom because of the action I took this morning. It may take time for the bud to grow into something edible but one truth remains…it will be fruit!

Phil Pringle SunriseHowever, two men, whose names were Eldad and Medad, had remained in the camp. They were listed among the elders, but did not go out to the Tent. Yet the Spirit also rested on them, and they prophesied in the camp. Numbers 11:26

RESTEDan object that is used to support something…The Spirit has been placed on us and, through faith, SUPPORTS our lives.

Joshua son of Nun, who had been Moses’ aide since youth, spoke up and said, “Moses, my lord, stop them!” But Moses replied, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the LORD’s people were prophets and that the LORD would put his Spirit on them!” Numbers 11:28-29

God’s plan is that His Spirit would rest on all of His people AND all His people would prophesy.

And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Joel 2:28

As adopted Children of God  with all the rights of the first born, we are HIS…marked and paid for. His Spirit, with all of its gifts, is given to us with no regard to our past but as a witness to our future. The FRUIT of His gift in our lives depends upon our FAITH.

Use your FAITH today. Prophecy over your life…your family…your health…your world…and see fruit bloom.
